Shipping and returns policy

1. Shipping costs.

The shipping cost for the peninsula (Spain) that exceeds an amount of € 100, the shipping costs will be free. The shipping cost for the peninsula (Spain) that is less than € 100, the shipping costs will cost € 4.50 plus VAT.

2. Delivery period.

MultinormWear offers a maximum delivery time between 48 -72 working hours for products with Stock availability.

Any order of the day that is received before 3:00 p.m. will be considered. In the case of orders placed outside business hours, on weekends or holidays, the delivery period will start from the next business day.

Likewise, orders will not be sent to the customer until they are complete, that is, in the event that the order has an item that we do not have in stock, the shipment will be delayed until said item has been received.

Due to the high demand for Covid products, there could be a stock shortage, if that is the case, you will receive an email confirming the estimated delivery date or the option to make a partial or total return.

However, delivery times may vary for reasons beyond our control, such as logistical reasons or force majeure.

In the event of delays with deliveries, MultinormWear will inform its customers as soon as it becomes aware of such problems.

It will be considered an order made at the moment in which the company in charge of transport makes the product available to the customer.

It will not be considered as a delay, the cases in which the order has reached its destination or made available to the client by the transport company within the established period and could not be delivered for reasons that are the responsibility of the client.

Once the order has left our warehouses, you will be sent an e-mail notifying you that the order has been accepted and is in the shipping process.

Product delivery.

MultinormWear undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition. At the address that the client will provide in the purchase form, as long as it is in the established territory (Peninsula)

To facilitate delivery, we would appreciate the customer to indicate an address where the order can be delivered within business hours.

The order will be delivered by a Transport Agency throughout the working day at the address provided by the client once the purchase form has been completed.

MultinormWear will not be responsible for errors made in the delivery, when the delivery address provided by the customer, through the order form, does not correspond to reality or has been omitted.

Once 15 days have elapsed without being able to deliver the order for reasons beyond the control of the Transport Agency, the order will be returned to our warehouses and we will contact you to make a new shipment, price, payment of shipping costs.

Returns and Cancellations Policy.

To return or cancel an order, contact the email info@multinormwear.com at the maximum period of 15 days from the date of placing the order.

In case of receiving the merchandise with any incident, it is essential to make the appropriate annotation in the delivery receipt from the transport agency.

The return of the shipment will be made through the payment method chosen at the time of ordering, discounting the shipping and handling costs incurred by the order.
