Our guidelines:
– In all cases, the resolution of the attached graphic files must be of a minimum quality of 150 dpi to be able to process them by computer. The optimal resolution is 300pdi.
– The logo file format should preferably be vectorized (with AI, EPS, or Vector PDF extensions). JPG or PNG formats are also supported.
– If no Pantone colors are specified, we will select the closest one and use it as a guide to create the print color.
OPTIMAL SPECIFICATIONS:
By uploading or saving a design, you agree to the following:
· You have all rights to commercially reproduce this content.
· Your content does not express hatred towards any person or group.
· Your content does not involve illegal activities.
· You understand that we act according to instructions and that we are not obliged in any way to verify or confirm the legitimate use of the reproduction of the contents.
· You will compensate and defend MULTINORMWEAR from any claim made as a result of alleged infractions.
· All content is subject to revision and may be removed at any time without prior notice.
Check your print file carefully and make sure the format respects the information above.
Content
All content (including all information, images, images, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages and other materials, hereinafter that you publish, send, upload, display, sell or use, hereinafter, using our services is your content. We do not make any claims about it. That includes everything you post using our services (such as your content, images, store name, user names, etc.).
A. Responsibility for content. You understand that you are solely responsible for the content that you post on the Services through them. By posting your Content, you grant MULTINORMWEAR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable and perpetual license to use, display, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, store and prepare derivative works of your Content to provide the Services and promote MULTINORMWEAR and / or its MULTINORMWEAR store, or the Services in general, in any format and through any channel, including the MULTINORMWEAR Services, third-party websites, advertising media and / or social networks. You agree and represent that you have the rights to grant us this license.
D. Report unauthorized content. MULTINORMWEAR respects intellectual property rights and follows intellectual property laws. We are committed to following proper legal procedures to remove infringing content from the Services.
E. Intellectual property. MULTINORMWEAR respects your work and allows you to express your voice and ideas. We ask that you respect the work and creative rights of others. You must be the owner of the Content you post on MULTINORMWEAR or have the express authority to post it. The content must comply with the laws of publicity rights, trademarks and copyrights, and all other applicable state and federal laws.
F. Trademarks and Intellectual Property Infringement. We are committed to following proper legal procedures to remove infringing content from the Services. MULTINORMWEAR will try to adapt and not interfere with the standard technical measures that copyright owners use to identify and protect their works. MULTINORMWEAR reserves the right to do any or all of the following actions at any time in our sole discretion: (i) immediately suspend your use of the Services; and / or remove, block and disable access to any of your

When MULTINORMWEAR removes, blocks or disables access in response to such notice, MULTINORMWEAR makes a reasonable attempt to contact the allegedly infringing party, provide information about the notice and removal, and, in cases of alleged copyright infringement, provide information about counter notification.
G. Repeated infringement: MULTINORMWEAR may terminate the account privileges of Members who are subject to repeated notifications of intellectual property infringement as determined by MULTINORMWEAR in its sole discretion.
H. Copyright and Trademark Responsibility. You agree and represent by accepting this Agreement and using our Services that you own all rights (including copyrights) to the Content you post, or if you are not the owner, that you have express authority and written permission to use and reproduce the Content in connection with the Services, and that you have all the necessary rights to publish your Content.
