In each garment you will find all the technical information on standards, fabric properties, reflective strips, sizing, instructions for use and recommendations. You will also find in each product, a section to consult directly with us any doubt that you may have.
One time selected garment you must select the colour , the reflective bands (sewn or discontinuous), the size and the quantities requested.
You can complete your order by adding your own logo to the selected garment (s).

At Multinormwear we adapt to your size needs with our multinorm garments.
We have a very wide size in our range of products. This goes from XS to 3XL and we add a range of extra large sizes, ranging from 4XL to 7XL (which will have an extra cost included).
If you need it, in each product you will find a tab with a table of measurements to find the correspondence to the appropriate size.

At Multinorm Wear you have the possibility to personalize your work wardrobe with the image of your company through COLORIDO and our LOGOS customization services:
COLORFUL: We are known for making available to our clients the widest range of colors on the market in certified garments .
Browse our website and, within each product, you will find a wide variety of colors that you can combine according to your company image.
When choosing the garment, you will find the possible combination possibilities.
LOGOS: Customize your garments by adding your logo 9 x 9cm maximum, on the left front of the garment. As long as your garments are flame retardant, you should select the flame retardant logo option.
Order as many logos as garments you need to customize.
We will add a € 12 flat logo processing fee . If in successive purchases you need the same logo, we will send you a coupon with your discount code so that you do not pay for the processing of the same logo again.
Our guidelines:
· In all cases, the resolution of the attached graphic files must be of a minimum quality of 150 dpi in order to be able to process them by computer. The optimal resolution is 300pdi.
· The logo file format should preferably be vectorized (with AI, EPS, or Vector PDF extensions). JPG or PNG formats are also supported.
· If no Pantone colors are specified, we will select the closest one and use it as a guide to create the print color.

· You have all the rights to commercially reproduce this content.
· Your content does not express hatred towards any person or group.
· Your content does not involve illegal activities.
· You understand that we act according to instructions and that we are not obliged in any way to verify or confirm the legitimate use of the reproduction of the contents.
· You will compensate and defend MULTINORMWEAR from any claim made as a result of alleged infractions.
· All content is subject to revision and may be removed at any time without prior notice.
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS ONCE CUSTOMIZED.
In accordance with current legislation, all purchases from our website will be subject to value added tax. The applicable rate will be the one legally in force at all times.
All prices are shown in euros and do NOT include VAT.
Any order placed must be paid immediately after order confirmation.
Only orders will be placed for which you have completed and verified the payment thereof.
Payment must be made by bank transfer or credit and debit card.
Credit and debit cards: The amount of the order will be charged to your card, so you must indicate the number, the expiration date as well as the security code CW2 (on the back of your card). In the event that your card is scarred, you will be asked for the relevant security codes.
These data will not be stored or manipulated by us, but will be registered directly in the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution. The charge will be carried out in real time through this payment gateway. In the event that the charge cannot be carried out finally (for whatever reason), the order will be automatically canceled.
Wire transfer: The customer has 5 business days to make the payment or the order will automatically be considered canceled. The customer can make the payment of his order to the bank account that is sent together with the order confirmation, indicating the order number obtained at the end of the order. This system allows purchases of any economic amount. At the end of the order, you will receive an email with all the details. Keep in mind that this payment method is not immediate, and it may take up to 48 hours for us to receive payment confirmation. Important: As a concept of the transfer, the order number that will appear at the end of this process must be indicated. In case of not having indicated this reference, the order will be canceled.
Once the payment is received, your order will be prepared and sent by express transport, delivered within 48 / 72h (working days) on products with Stock availability.
Personalized products, made with the user’s preferences, or products that we do not have in stock, the delivery time will be communicated to you by email, this being a maximum of 30 days.
You will receive an e-mail the moment your order leaves our facilities.
Anyone received before 3:00 p.m. will be considered an order of the day. In the case of orders placed outside business hours, on weekends or holidays, the delivery period will start from the next business day.
Likewise, orders will not be sent to the customer until they are complete, that is, in the event that the order has an item that we do not have in stock, the shipment will be delayed until said item has been received.
Due to the high demand for Covid products, there could be a stock shortage, if this were the case, you will receive an email confirming the estimated delivery date or the option to make a partial or total return.
However, delivery times may vary for reasons beyond our control, such as logistical reasons or force majeure.
In the event of delays with deliveries, we will inform our customers as soon as we become aware of such problems.
It will be considered an order made at the moment in which the company in charge of transport makes the product available to the customer.
It will not be considered as a delay, the cases in which the order has reached its destination or made available to the client by the transport company within the established period and could not be delivered for reasons that are the responsibility of the client.
Once the order has left our warehouses, an e-mail will be sent to you notifying you that the order has been accepted and is in the shipping process.
We are committed to delivering the product in perfect condition.
If at the time of delivery the order packaging is damaged, you must open the package in the presence of the logistics operator to check the status of the items. If damages are observed, you must detail them on the delivery note and get in touch. We will repair or replace at no cost to you all those items that have been damaged or lost during transport, however and when, you notify us of this incident as soon as possible.
Once the order is delivered, it will become part of your property and therefore, all damages that may arise will be your responsibility.
